You’ll be one of the first one of our first BDRs at Celery, helping to spearhead our U.S. sales initiatives. Your role will involve engaging with inbound and outbound leads. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who can balance planning with execution. You will play a critical role in co-building and executing our sales plans to drive growth and sales pipeline. You will work directly with the CEO. This is a hands-on role with significant potential for personal and professional growth.
🎯 Responsibilities and Impact
- Generate quality sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking, including creating and executing a multi-faceted prospecting plan through research, outreach (calling, email, LinkedIn, chat), and leveraging personal networks. Proactively reach out to new prospects across various channels, establishing connections with C-level executives.
- Spend significant time calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn to create new opportunities.
- Establish and nurture long term relationships with top of funnel leads, moving them through the sales funnel, until they are ready for high intent engagement with a sales rep.
- Lead initiatives that drive outbound lead generation and conversions.
- Build efficient processes to identify and research lists of companies to target.
- Demonstrate proficiency in existing outreach tactics, manage time effectively, handle objections confidently, apply advanced prospecting methods, and practice strong active listening skills.
- Manage all of your outbound and inbound prospecting efforts in our CRM (hubspot) to ensure we can track all sales and prospecting activity.
- Working closely with the CEO and marketing & sales teams to accelerate sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts.
- Achieve or exceed team daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals as defined by management.

🛠 Requirements
- 3+ years of successful enterprise B2B SDR/BDR experience, with a strong understanding of prospecting, discovery, and building a strong pipeline.
- At least one year of B2B/B2C lead generation via cold calling.
- Must have a track record of exceeding lead generation goals.
- Native English speaker - must.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hubspot, Clay or other similar prospecting applications.
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools.
- Knows how to leverage sales automation and tools to streamline efforts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Hunger for success, high energy, self motivation, team player, happy person with a proactive and positive attitude.

- Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 14:00-22:00 (Israel time).
- Work Model: hybrid - our office in Tel-Aviv & remote.
- Travel: Optional travel to U.S. trade shows ~1–2x per year.
