About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, super creative, and results-driven Head of Marketing who will own our entire demand and lead generation engines, and build a scalable inbound marketing machine.
This is neither a brand-only role nor a VP-level ivory-tower role. We’re looking for a builder who loves to create, experiment, and execute. A person who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, testing bold ideas, and working closely with Sales and CS to deliver measurable outcomes.
As the most senior Marketing stakeholder in Celery, you’ll own our marketing strategy end-to-end while staying heavily involved in hands-on execution.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Own, develop, and execute Celery’s pipeline creation strategy across multiple growth channels including field marketing, paid, organic, and partner marketing.
- Design, build, and optimize our content and email marketing strategies
- Identify, explore and test new growth opportunities and initiatives on an ongoing basis
- Manage and lead a small team and external service providers
- Work closely with Sales to achieve company’s goals, revenue and ARR targets
- Plan and manage the Marketing budget to optimize and achieve the team’s goals

What We’re Looking For
- 7 years+ of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in global high-growth B2B SaaS companies
- High expertise across demand generation, creative and performance marketing, and ABM/ABX initiatives
- At least 2 years of recent hands-on work with Linkedin ads
- At least 1 role at in early-stage startup environments
- Experience with creative and guerrilla-style tactics to break through noise
- Experience with field and event marketing management
- Product storytelling and messaging capabilities
- Data-driven approach and growth hacking mindset
- Self-starter mentality with excellent prioritization skills
- Experience with marketing automation (Hubspot) - a plus
- Experience in brand building and content marketing - a plus
- Knowledge of the US financial industry and financial automation solutions - a plus
