What you’ll actually do:

  • Build the Playbook: Create or improve the on boarding, health-scoring, and QBR processes.
  • Lead by Example: A fully hands on position, you will manage our most complex US accounts while mentoring the team.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Define and track the KPIs that matter (NRR, Churn, Adoption).
  • Scale: Hire and train the next generation of CSMs as we grow.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years in CS, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Lead/Senior) in B2B SaaS (Fintech/HR-tech is a major advantage)
  • Experience in the US market
  • Proven track record of creating scalable CS processes
  • Native-level English
